La professionalità è quella caratteristica che, all'interno di una stessa categoria lavorativa, distingue il migliore.
Ho ordinato delle brioches da asporto un pomeriggio per la mattina successiva.
Partiamo dal prezzo - anche se, per quanto mi riguarda, è relativo di fronte alla qualità - che so essere ricercato da un cliente: veramente in linea con tanti locali della zona, forse tra i più convenienti parlando di pasticcerie e decisamente ottimo in rapporto alla qualità.
Proseguiamo con la qualità, non delle brioches che erano un "regalo", ma dei prodotti di pasticceria assaggiati precedentemente: alta, davvero all'altezza di un'ottima pasticceria.
Terminiamo con l'aspetto che fa la differenza, che riconduce alla professionalità di cui sopra, ovvero il rispetto e la disponibilità verso il cliente. Sono state accontentate, con poche ore di anticipo, le mie richieste. La proprietaria e pasticcera, Alessia, si è mostrata disponibile per consegnare personalmente a domicilio le brioches la mattina seguente - cosa non facile, visti i tempi stretti del nostro lavoro -, oltre che a venirmi incontro per il metodo di pagamento e proponendosi di scrivere un bigliettino da allegare alla confezione.
Spazio ai giovani che se lo meritano, e lei è una di questi.

Let's start with the price - even if, as far as I'm concerned, it is relative in the face of quality - which I know is sought after by a customer: truly in line with many places in the area, perhaps among the most convenient when it comes to pastry shops and definitely excellent in relation to quality.
Let's continue with the quality, not of the brioches that were a "gift", but of the pastries tasted previously: high, truly at the height of an excellent pastry.
Let's finish with the aspect that makes the difference, which leads back to the above professionalism, that is respect and availability towards the customer. My requests were satisfied a few hours in advance. The owner and pastry chef, Alessia, has shown herself available to personally deliver the croissants at home the following morning - which is not easy, given the tight deadlines of our work -, as well as coming to meet me for the payment method and proposing to write a card to be attached to the package.
Space for young people who deserve it, and she is one of them.
