High prices, frozen croissants of poor quality. I don't like coffee. Not so clean environment during crowded hours. I do not recommend.

Le 5 stelle perché il personale é estremamente gentile. Obviously the sweets are not for pastry shops, but the coffee is made well. When you wait for the train you can go there while waiting. The 5 stars because the staff are extremely kind.
D	Daniela Giorgini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comportamento del personale inaccettabile: la mattina del 20 febbraio alle 6 di mattina sono stata fatta uscire in malo modo, con toni aggressivi e sprezzanti, perché il tablet utilizzato per la lettura del green pass dava non valido il mio qrcode. Siccome invece funziona, avendo poi viaggiato tutto quello stesso giorno, probabilmente era solo questione di aggiornare il tablet in dotazione. Ma il punto è stato il comportamento fuori misura della barista, che ricordo fa la barista e non l'inquisitore. Formate meglio il personale soprattutto a livello comunicativo e la questione controllo green pass vi è sfuggita di mano. Unacceptable behavior of the staff: on the morning of February 20 at 6 am I was let out in a bad way, with aggressive and contemptuous tones, because the tablet used for reading the green pass gave my qrcode invalid. Since it works instead, having then traveled all that same day, it was probably just a matter of updating the supplied tablet. But the point was the outsized behavior of the bartender, who I remember is a bartender and not an inquisitor. Train your staff better, especially in terms of communication and the question of green pass control has gotten out of hand.
J	Je Giosuè on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signore dietro al banco, (mezza età e molto grande) é davvero un tesoro. Gentile, educato e fa il suo lavoro con molto amore. Cosa ormai rara. Ce ne fossero di baristi così. 5 stelle solo per lui, e fossi nel titolare un extra per il cuore che ci mette glielo farei trovare in busta paga ogni tanto. Ottimo lavoro, e ancora complimenti. The gentleman behind the counter, (middle aged and very large) is truly a treasure. Kind, polite and does his job with a lot of love. Now rare. There were bartenders like that. 5 stars only for him, and if I were in the owner an extra for the heart he puts into it, I would make him find it in his paycheck every now and then. Great job, and congratulations again.

Il menù comprende: panino, bibita, macedonia, bicchiere di plastica e tovaglioli. Chiedo se mettono il tutto in una busta e mi sento dire che la busta non è compresa e va pagata separatamente!!! Volete sapere quanto ho pagato la busta??? 40 centesimi di € per una busta di carta!!! La questione non è i 40 centesimi, ma per il fatto che non è compresa nel prezzo di un menù da asporto! Valigia, zainetto, giacca, biglietto….sono costretto ad acquistare la busta. La politica adottata non mi sembra affatto trasparente, è tratta il consumatore come un fesso da spennare! Conclusioni: EVITATELO!!!

S	Sue DAloia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time comer in Trieste. Here we had quite a good experience. Nice cappucino and sandwiches. A bit of wait before being served. What I liked here was the spacious interior and the possibility to see through the glass walls so that we could watch what is happening at platforms.

The attendant answered roughly that she was fed up with repeating it. I went away without withdrawing the already paid food. I wasn't hungry any longer. One of the worst places ever visited.
