★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato veramente bene, Francesca molto professionale e competente , disponibile a seguire le indicazioni del cliente. Tempi di consegna rispettati, sono stato costantemente avvisato in anticipo anche dei cambi d'orario per la consegna. Montatori........il TOP.
E non ultimo nulla e' arrivato sbagliato cosa che non e' scontata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una cucina Aran che mi é stata consegnata completamente graffiata e con danni evidenti, con una cappa non funzionante che non mi hanno collegato alla consegna perchè rotta, maniglia del forno graffiata.. pagata completamente nei tempi e tutt'ora a oggi a distanza di 4 mesi sto ancora aspettando le gambe del tavolo, un nuovo top e la cappa perchè quella consegnata non è mai stata collegata dai mobilieri, settimana scorsa hanno portato alcuni pezzi della cucina da sostituire a quelli graffiati, e mi hanno portato di nuovo un top completamente graffiato. Il titolare è stato scortesi nei modi, non ha mai chiesto scusa dell'inconveninte, anzi ci ha fatto passare per clienti troppo prentenziosi. Sono totalmente indignata da questa esperienza che non é ancora finita. Non compreró più nulla in questo negozio.
I bought an Aran kitchen that was delivered to me completely scratched and with evident damage, with a non-functioning hood that did not connect me to the delivery because it was broken, the oven handle scratched .. paid in full in time and still remote today of 4 months I'm still waiting for the table legs, a new top and the hood because the one delivered was never connected by the furniture makers, last week they brought some pieces of the kitchen to replace the scratched ones, and they brought me a top again completely scratched. The owner was rude in the ways, he never apologized for the inconvenience, on the contrary, he made us pass for too haughty customers. I am totally outraged by this experience that is not over yet. I won't buy anything in this shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ringrazio Ornella e Delta Design per l'attenzione e la cura nel considerare gusti e richieste e nel proporre soluzioni.
Ho acquistato cucina e zona giorno, progettati in tempi rapidi, così come il montaggio. Seppur in spazi poco generosi il tutto é risultato funzionale e gradevole, come avevo potuto intuire dalla visita 3D al progetto, prima dell'acquisto.
Contento e soddisfatto.
I thank Ornella and Delta Design for the attention and care in considering tastes and requests and in proposing solutions.
I bought the kitchen and living area, designed quickly, as well as the assembly. Although in not very generous spaces, everything was functional and pleasant, as I could have guessed from the 3D visit to the project, before the purchase.
Happy and satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio pessimo, 4 anni fa prendemmo i mobili, arrivarono in ritardo e rovinati (tavolo, il divano 2 volte).
ora ho avuto problemi con un tavolo, due mesi per avere il pezzo di ricambio (non è ancora arrivato), arrivata due volte il pezzo sbagliato. Mi chiamano mi dicono di passare che il pezzo è corretto, invece non lo è.
ma il peggio è il servizio:
-non avvisano, per avere informazioni devi essere tu a chiamare.
- disservizi non compensati da azioni a bilanciare (arriva due volte il pezzo sbagliato, gli dico di venire a portarmi quello giusto, stortano il naso).
- completamente non trasparenti.
Sconsigliatissimo, se volete approfondire sentitevi liberi di contattarmi in privato
bad service, 4 years ago we got the furniture, they arrived late and ruined (table, sofa 2 times).
now i had problems with a table, two months to get the spare part (it hasn't arrived yet), the wrong part arrived twice. They call me tell me to pass that the piece is correct, but it is not.
but the worst is the service:
-do not warn, to get information you must be the one to call.
- inefficiencies not compensated by balancing actions (the wrong piece arrives twice, I tell him to come and bring me the right one, they twist their noses).
- completely non-transparent.

Vasto e curato show-room dove poter prendere spunti su qualsiasi tipo di arredamento.
Noi siamo stati seguito da Emanuela, persona eccezionale e sincera che con grande pazienza (sono abbastanza pignolo) ha saputo subito intuire i nostri gusti e con la sua grande professionalità ha ideato le soluzioni perfette per tutto il nostro arredamento.
Nonostante abbiamo visitato altri negozi, con nessuno di loro è capitato di avere un’intesa come con Emanuela.
Quindi la ringraziamo in modo sincero, sicuri di aver trovato una nuova amica.
Grandiosi anche i montatori Marco e Fabio. Precisissimi e puntigliosi. Davvero brava gente.

We were followed by Emanuela, an exceptional and sincere person who with great patience (I am quite fussy) was able to immediately guess our tastes and with her great professionalism she devised the perfect solutions for all our furniture.
Although we have visited other stores, none of them have an understanding like with Emanuela.
So we sincerely thank her, sure we have found a new friend.
The editors Marco and Fabio were also great. Very precise and meticulous. Really good people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnicamente preparati e disponibilissimi ma se un progetto non va in porto (per problemi sul nuovo immobile) si trattengono il tuo anticipo fino a che non acquisti da loro. Però non è scritto da nessuna parte sul contratto! Fate attenzione!!!!
Quindi dalla vostra risposta al mio commento si deduce che con voi i sopralluoghi sono A PAGAMENTO. Basta che i potenziali clienti lo sappiano

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, vasto show-room dove poter prendere spunti su qualsiasi tipo di arredamento.
Noi siamo stati seguito da Lucia, che ha saputo subito intuire i nostri gusti e con la sua grande professionalità ha ideato le soluzioni perfette per tutto il nostro arredamento.
Nonostante dopo il primo montaggio erano presenti dei difetti, ha subito provveduto a sostituirli.
