Dopo circa 4 anni la “pelle” sopra al bracciolo si è tolta. Ho provato a chiamare ma nessuno mi risponde. Ho provato anche a contattarli tramite email nessuna risposta. Alla consegna non hanno scaricato il divano se prima non consegnavo l'assegno a saldo totale. Dopo una settimana si sono rotti i ganci di tenuta delle poltrone. I piedini del tavolino erano di colore diverso. Dopo un attesa di oltre un mese sono usciti a sistemare i ganci che si sono poi rotti nuovamente. La pelle dopo un anno ha iniziato a scrostarsi. Stiamo ancora aspettando adesso una visita di qualcuno. Abbiamo anche detto che siamo disposti a pagare un'eventuale riparazione pur di risolvere il problema ma nessuna reazione nemmeno cosi. Oggi ci siamo ripresentati ancora al punto vendita di Rho e l'incaricato ci ha detto addirittura che non dobbiamo continuare a presentarci lì a rompere i co...oni Inqualificabili I also share the bad impression expressed by other users. Il divano non e' mai arrivato, tra telefonate,email,e' passato un anno. Ovviamente ho fatto una raccomandata A.R per recedere dal contratto, nessun legale (costa piu' del divano acquistato), ma la soddisfazione di una pessima pubblicita'non me la toglie nessuno. bought a sofa in San Giuliano Milanse, the exhibition area of the le cupole shopping center, given a deposit (fortunately minimum) with delivery within one month of purchase. Ho telefonato decine di volte ma senza avere mai risposta. Leggo dalle recensioni di non essere l'unico e spero che chi comprera' da questi personaggi verifichi prima le nostre recensioni . 2016 purchased three-seater sofa, sold for leather, but unfortunately after two years it started to peel. Ho inviato una email di reclamo, ho telefonato, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Una vergogna. Aziende come queste andrebbero monitorate e messe al bando. I miei soldi erano buoni il loro divano NO!!!!! A real scam. I bought the leather sofa in 2015 and it peeled off after less than a year like a withered chrysanthemum. I sent a complaint email, phoned, but received no response. A shame. Companies like these should be monitored and banned. My money was good their sofa NO !!!!!

Chiesto il rimborso ed a oggi 11/10/21 non hanno ancora eseguito il bonifico...... Pessima azienda, mai più!!!!! Sofa delivered on August 4th and sent back because it was ruined and a dancer. Asked for a refund and to date 11/10/21 have not yet made the transfer ...... Bad company, never again !!!!!
M	Matteo Barenghi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi accodo anch'io alle segnalazioni di truffa: acquistato divano in presunta (poi smentita) pelle, dopo appena due anni di utilizzo (giusto giusto una volta scaduta la garanzia) la superficie ha cominciato a disintegrarsi nel suo spessore ridicolo (sarà uno 0,1 mm a dir tanto). Ecco le foto dello stato attuale, inguardabile. Contattata l'azienda per oltre un anno invano (tra numeri inesistenti e mancate risposte), finalmente sono riuscito a parlare con la segreteria e poi con l'"artigiano": molto scortese, ovviamente ha smentito tutto e mi ha detto in sostanza che non avrei potuto ottenere nulla essendo scaduta la garanzia. Evidentemente una truffa prevista e calcolata. Mi auguro non stiano truffando più nessuno. Sto valutando un'azione attraverso Altroconsumo o vie legali. Non eseguita slittano al 10 di agosto stessa cosa .vanno in ferie. il 25 agosto mi reco al negozio dove ho fatto ordine per revocare il letto, in quanto mi occorreva con urgenza non avenfo dove dormire se non per terra, mi garantisco la consegna divano entro il 10 di settembre, ( neanche nei sogni ) 28 settembre mando emal per recedere ordine e chiedere rimborso.alla data odierna 8 ottobre non rispondono e non mi hanno ancora fatto rimborso..
