The visit to the subsoil is only possible through a ticket that can be purchased on site or combined with a visit to the Museum of Santa Giulia (super recommended). During the short visit (5 - 10 minutes) it will be possible to see the best preserved Roman frescoes present in Lombardy. In my opinion alone it is not worth the expense, however I recommend it if associated with a visit to the museum

Short but interesting, if you take the trouble to look at the pieces individually, you can already shudder a bit.

This museum is rich in ruins, both outside, where you can also see the amphitheater, and the museum behind the large reconstructed façade. In the museum there are many Roman inscriptions and statues partly intact and partly rebuilt. Highly recommended if you want to immerse yourself in ancient history!

Beautiful, definitely worth a visit for the history, architecture and culture of our beautiful country. Star of the tour is the magnificent Vittoria Alata, recently restored. The theater is also definitely worth a visit. I don't give 5 stars because I found myself confused by the lack of directions, arrows, etc.
