Ho chiesto un intervento urgente perchè la caldaia è guasta (quindi senza riscaldamento ne acqua calda nel mese di Gennaio) e mi hanno risposto che non sarebbero intervenuti perchè la mia caldaia è sotto un altro centro assistenza! assurdo! Ho chiamato questo centro perchè il "mio centro" mi ha fissato un appuntamento a fine Gennaio cosi ne ho cercato altri ed è inaccettabile che vengano rifiutati gli interventi (URGENTI) solo perchè il centro assistenza è diverso!
NON SI PUO' LASCIARE LA GENTE AL FREDDO E SENZA ACQUA CALDA, E' VERGOGNOSO!! Ora scriverò un altra recensione anche al "mio centro assistenza"!
 Scandalous !! I asked for an urgent intervention because the boiler is out of order (therefore without heating or hot water in January) and they replied that they would not intervene because my boiler is under another service center! absurd! I called this center because "my center" made an appointment for me at the end of January so I looked for others and it is unacceptable that (URGENT) interventions are refused just because the assistance center is different!
YOU CANNOT LEAVE PEOPLE COLD AND WITHOUT HOT WATER, IT'S SHAME !! Now I will write another review to "my help center" too!
