★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da anni, ho trasformato prima la mia vecchia macchina a gas ( vissuva altri 5 anni e 140ma chilometri) e ora quella nuova. Mi sono trovata benissimo, bravi, competenti, professionali e gentili. E l'impianto va proprio bene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare 0 stelle, o meglio stelle negative, avrei dato un meno dieci. Portato la mia macchina, la mattina del giorno 3/10/2018, gpl per un problema GRAVE: forte odore di benzina tutto all'interno fin dalla semplice accensione. Nonostante questo mi è stato detto di portarla un altro giorno, facendo presente la gravità del problema, nonostante gli spazi per lasciarla vi erano ed anche in abbondanza, ho ottenuto un compromesso di parcheggiarla all'esterno, con l'accordo che sarebbero andati a prenderla la sera del 3 stesso alla chiusura dell'officina. Lascio il mio NUMERO DI CELLULARE e CHIAVI, il giorno passava ma IL TELEFONO NON SQUILLAVA...cosi dopo ben tre settimane di nulla decido di chiamare per chiedere novità sulla riparazione. Risultato? la macchina è in possesso del carro attrezzi. Adesso ci sono 250 euro da pagare al carro attrezzi e il problema che rimane. In più anche il nervosismo dovuto ad un pomeriggio passato dai vigili urbani, dove ho appreso che è stata prelevata addirittura giorno 4 alle 23:30!!! tutto questo si sarebbe potuto evitare se avessero mantenuto l'accordo di andarla a prendere alla chiusura dell'officina come stabilito o ancora meglio di lasciarla direttamente da loro (era un utilitaria, non un camion). Negligenza, strafottenza e leggerezza. Da chiudere IMMEDIATAMENTE.

Brought my car, on the morning of 3/10/2018, LPG due to a SERIOUS problem: strong smell of petrol all inside right from the simple ignition. Despite this I was told to take it another day, pointing out the seriousness of the problem, despite the spaces to leave it there were and also in abundance, I got a compromise to park it outside, with the agreement that they would go to pick it up. on the evening of the same 3 at the closing of the workshop. I leave my MOBILE NUMBER and KEYS, the day passed but THE PHONE WON'T RING ... so after three weeks of nothing I decide to call to ask for news on the repair. Result? the machine is in possession of the tow truck. Now there are 250 euros to pay to the tow truck and the problem that remains. In addition also the nervousness due to an afternoon spent by the traffic police, where I learned that even day 4 was taken at 11:30 pm !!! all this could have been avoided if they had kept the agreement to pick it up at the closing of the workshop as established or even better to leave it directly with them (it was a small car, not a truck). Negligence, arrogance and lightness. To be closed IMMEDIATELY.
