Alcuni giorni fa, volevo acquistare una piccola quantità di piastrelle, delle quali sapevo già il prezzo, confermatomi dalla commessa. Al momento dell'acquisto però il signor Brascia, mi aumentava il prezzo del 50% . Perché a suo dire, non poteva applicarmi il prezzo stabilito a causa dell'esigua quantità da me richiesta. Mi sembra uno strano modo di fare commercio e di trattare un vecchio cliente. Sono rimasto incredulo di tale trattamento. Non ho acquistato più le piastrelle, sono andato via molto rammaricato e non metterò più piede in quel negozio.
I've made several major purchases in the past and have always been satisfied. A few days ago, I wanted to buy a small amount of tiles, of which I already knew the price, confirmed by the order. At the time of purchase, however, Mr. Brascia raised my price by 50%. Because according to him, he could not apply the set price to me due to the small quantity I requested. It seems to me a strange way of doing business and dealing with an old customer. I was incredulous at this treatment. I have not bought the tiles anymore, I left very sorry and I will not set foot in that shop again.
