★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over summer, I completed some Invisalign dentistry that cost me a fortune...yet last night I, of course, managed to rip one part of my metal permament retainer (behind my teeth). A friend of mine recommended this dental surgery and as it was my only lead here, I called them first thing this morning and they managed to fix me an appointment over lunch.
Not only was it super clean, the appointment on time and the COVID protocol well abided by...but when I asked kindly if they would re-consider the 'first visitation fee', in light of the small work to be done, I came out with a very reasonable dentist bill.
I was under the impression that such a small break in the wire would receive minimal work, but they took the time to ensure the old glue was gently and thoroughly removed before doing their own work...and now that side of my bar feels much smoother on my tongue than the other.
Long story short, I highly recommend The Brauner Dental Group!
