Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati alla Brasseria durante le vacanze pasquali.
Non posso dire altro che locale fantastico: la pinsa eccezionale, hamburgers di chinina splendidi, per non parlare dei fritti; asciutti e croccanti.
Ingredienti freschi e di qualità.

My family and I went to the Brasseria during the Easter holidays.
I can say nothing but fantastic place: the exceptional pinsa, splendid quinine hamburgers, not to mention the fried; dry and crunchy.

Abbiamo mangiato 3 hamburger di cui uno di pollo, tutto buono ma la cosa che un po’ mi ha lasciata interdetta è il fatto che molte componenti del mio hamburger nello specifico, non fossero fatte dalla cucina ma già “pronte”. Se un panino lo si paga 13€ mi aspetto che l’hamburger di pollo non sia un confezionato ma fatto in casa, come la salsa yogurt.
Per il resto il locale è di tendenza il personale gentile e il prezzo onesto.
New and certainly nice place in the center of Marsciano.
We ate 3 burgers, one of which was chicken, all good but the thing that puzzled me a bit is the fact that many components of my burger specifically, were not made by the kitchen but already "ready". If you pay € 13 for a sandwich, I expect the chicken burger to be not packaged but homemade, like the yogurt sauce.
For the rest, the restaurant is trendy with friendly staff and a fair price.

I was here last night for dinner with some friends and we all ordered 3 pinse (carbonara, Turkey oak and buffalo) ... Fabulous !!!
