★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrariamente a diversi commenti precedenti che li definiscono "professionali", purtroppo nel mio caso si sono comportati esattamente all'opposto; mi hanno fatto attendere ben due settimane ( al posto di una settimana preventivata) oltre a due telefonate di sollecito, prima di riuscirmi a dire che la riparazione della motopompa non era economicamente conveniente! Intanto ho dovuto arrangiarmi diversamente per non far morire di siccità i frutti del faticoso orto.
Contrary to several previous comments that define them "professional", unfortunately in my case they did exactly the opposite; they made me wait two weeks (instead of a budgeted week) as well as two reminder calls, before I managed to say that the repair of the motor pump was not economically convenient! In the meantime, I had to arrange differently so as not to let the fruits of the tiring garden die of drought.
