★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affittato un appartamento per le vacanze . Ottima posizione , ma l'appartamento era lurido , le stoviglie sporche, doccia e rubinetti intasati dal calcare. La stufa con fornelli con la valvola di sicurezza non funzionante per la sporcizia accumulata. La lavatrice sistemata all'interno di un mobile della cucina marcito non era utilizzabile.Muri sporchi e scrostati La cosa piu' "terribile "sono stati i due divani del soggiorno per i quali non ho un termine per definirne il livello di sporcizia. L'agenzia ha provveduto a riparare e pulire quanto poteva, ma questo ha significato che prima di affittare non hanno controllato nulla ed oltre al prezzo elevatissimo di affitto mi hanno chiesto anche le spese delle pulizie. Peccato perchè l'appartamento è situato in centro a Milano Marittima, in un condominio con portiere, silenzioso ,fresco,vicino alla spiaggia, ma sicuramente da sistemare e pulire
