Ragnatele ben illuminate da sembrare quasi una decorazione, lungo i nastri di illuminazione al soffitto. Essendo allergico all'aglio ho chiesto se nelle patate al forno ci fosse aglio. La risposta è stata no. Le ordino. Arrivano le patate al forno. Durissime. Sembravano quelle che restano stracotte e bruciacchiate sul fondo della teglia. Non sembravano, lo erano proprio. Un impiattamento poi, che anche un bambino da McDonalds non avrebbe gradito, ebbene sento odore di aglio. Chiedo nuovamente ad un altro cameriere che mi conferma che non c'è aglio. Allora lo prego di chiedere in cucina. Dalla cucina ammettono che l'aglio c'è. Immagino usino quelle preparazioni triturate per insaporire le pietanze. Si scusano. Specie una tipetta alla cassa pronta a dare la colpa ai camerieri. Le faccio presente che la colpa è del fatto che sul menù non sono specificati gli ingredienti. Nella ristorazione è cosa molto grave. Passiamo alla carne. Ottima qualità, peccato che il peso sia notevolmente gonfiato, in quanto il macellaio non ti dice quanto pesa la carne che ti ha tagliato. Trovi lo scontrino della pesata al momento del conto, ma non ti eri reso conto di quanta carne eri stato capace di mangiare. Assoluta mancanza di rispetto del cliente. Esperienza totalmente pessima. Inoltre il personale è stato molto educato e calmo. Ci tornerò volentieri se la qualità resterà tale. I returned after a few months and the experience was pleasant. Luca ci ha visto talmente lungo da aver creato la braceria affianco alla macelleria di oltre 60 anni fa e che ormai è un luogo di culto per noi amanti della carne. Praticamente l'angus costa €80.00 al kilo?!Non metto in dubbio la qualità, ma è mio dovere di local guide avvertire cosa potrebbero aspettarsi i clienti a venire! Quindi una fritturina (6pz), tre mozzarelline , 1 acqua, 1 coca piccola, (1)zucchine grigliate e (1) patatine fritte per un totale di €83.00! Carissimo! Rispetto ad altri che hanno la stessa qualità! La trappola della macelleria, necessita la massima accortenza, perché non ti fanno sapere quanto costeranno le fette scelte, avrai la sorpresa dopo, sullo scontrino! Sconsigliato per la scorrettezza! Atmosfera particolare , elegante , clientela selezionata , un luogo adatto ad ogni tipo di occasione che sia una cena romantica con il proprio partner , oppure in compagnia di amici assaggiando un buon vino , avendo a disposizione una vastissima scelta a disposizione.
