Ma soprattutto, carne di ottima qualità (che si sceglie ancora cruda al banco! non capita tutti i giorni!) cotta a mio parere a regola d’arte: un cuoco capace, nel preparare uno spiedino, di cuocere perfettamente la salsiccia e mantenere morbidissimi gli altri tagli di carne merita davvero 5 stelline! Infatti quando siamo andati noi c’erano altre persone che tornavano per la seconda o terza volta nella stessa vacanza! Da menzionare, oltre alla cottura perfetta, la salatura: sinceramente l’ho trovata azzeccata e assolutamente non esagerata in tutti i piatti scelti! Da consigliare in particolare le “bombette” allo speck! Oltre alla carne ben riusciti i piatti di accompagnamento: parmigiana, patate al forno, frittata! E alla fine, anche se eravamo un po’ pieni, abbiamo fatto bene a prendere il dolce: una cheesecake alla ciliegia spettacolare! Ottimo anche il rapporto prezzo-qualità! In fact when we went there were other people coming back for the second or third time on the same vacation! To mention, in addition to the perfect cooking, salting: honestly I found it apt and absolutely not exaggerated in all the dishes chosen! Particularly recommend the "bombette" with speck! In addition to the well-prepared meat, the accompanying dishes: parmigiana, baked potatoes, omelette! And in the end, even though we were a little full, we were right to take the dessert: a spectacular cherry cheesecake! The price-quality ratio is also excellent!
L	Leo Nardulli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese e furto legalizzato: partendo dal presupposto che non appena giunti, nonostante avessimo prenotato e nonostante fossero liberi due tavoli adeguatamente capienti, siamo rimasti in attesa un quarto d’ora per accomodarci e un altro quarto d’ora per avere la possibilità di scegliere la carne, nonostante non ci fosse praticamente nessuno; inoltre abbiamo sostanzialmente subito un furto vero e proprio: 20 euro a testa per una zampina a testa, due bombette di numero a testa e mezzo litro di vino da dividere. A tutto ciò si somma la scelta della carne veramente risicatissima. Più che sconsigliato! Locale in cui non auguro di entrare a nessuno: nemmeno per sbaglio. Rude staff and legalized theft: on the assumption that as soon as we arrived, despite having booked and despite being adequately large two tables, we were waiting for a quarter of an hour to sit down and another quarter of an hour to have the opportunity to choose meat, although there was practically nobody there; we also basically suffered a real theft: 20 euros per head for one paw per head, two bowler bows per head and half a liter of wine to share. It is a restaurant from a butcher shop across the street, so the meat selection was really good. You can select any and they will cut a piece for you and than cook it. We basically had a selection of everything, and it all was very good, cooked just right on the real coal grill. But particularly the steak from "scottona" was really really good - sugar-sweet, aromatic and nice juicy. It is comparable to wagu, but I actually found this one even better and the price was a joke. All together we paid just 44 euro incl nice primitivo wine. So totally recommended!
