L'ottima selezione di carne, seppur non molto varia, permette agli ospiti di gustare tantissime delizie locali. Abbiamo potuto gustare un'ottima Tbone, diversi tipi di bombette e tagli di carne. Ma il vero punto forte è l'accoglienza e il servizio: si viene coccolati in maniera semplice e genuina, senza mai sfociare negli eccessi. Ci hanno fatto assaggiare gratuitamente specialità locali, come le cicerchie cotte al fuoco in terracotta. Una vera delizia! Mi sentirei solamente di consigliare una migliore selezione e presentazione dei contorni: al momento vengono presentati in banco frigo in maniera piuttosto asettica. Sono sicuro che su menù o su lavagna potrebbero acquisire molto più valore, visto che poi il sapore è davvero unico. In 3 abbiamo speso circa 90 euro per una cena completa, pertanto mi sentirei di dire che il rapporto qualità - prezzo è buono. Ci ritorneremo! Braceria Caputi is a great find in Toritto! You are greeted by a family atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The excellent selection of meat, although not very varied, allows guests to enjoy many local delicacies. We were able to enjoy an excellent Tbone, different types of bowls and cuts of meat. But the real strong point is the welcome and the service: you are pampered in a simple and genuine way, without ever leading to excesses. They let us taste local specialties for free, such as fired cicerchie cooked in terracotta. A real treat! I would just like to recommend a better selection and presentation of the side dishes: at the moment they are presented in the refrigerated counter in a rather aseptic way. I'm sure that on the menu or on the blackboard they could acquire much more value, since the flavor is truly unique. The 3 of us spent about 90 euros for a full dinner, so I would like to say that the quality - price ratio is good. We will be back!

Infatti ho testato questo posto, tre volte e son rimasta, sempre, molto soddisfatta! A partire dalla ottima qualità e vasta scelta di carne, di salumi e formaggi, e soprattutto di vini! Staff cordiale e preparato, dove descrive, con con passione e cura, tutto ciò che è nel piatto. La sede invernale ed estiva, sono due luoghi, seppur differenti, molto tranquilli, dove è possibile cenare o pranzare gustando le loro prelibatezze, in totale serenità e relax. E soprattutto è possibile portare ( ovviamente ho domandato) insieme i nostri cani! Ci ritornerò, sicuramente, portando con me, altre persone! ??? Toritto is not a big tourist destination - and probably that's why we ate so well. A friend suggested it and it's worth making your way there. We had the most delicious Florentine steak last night, homemade sausages, the best bombettes in Puglia and all with a great wine selection. Loved the Nero di Troia. I've been traveling through Puglia for nearly 20 years now and the quality of their meat and level of service is the best I've had. And prices are more than fair for this caliber of food. I loved that we could select our own cut of meat to grill as well as the suggestions made by the butcher - the tagliata with burrata and pistachio was one of my favourites, which, as a foreigner, I never would have known to order.
