Perché capisco la crisi, ma personalmente non verrò mai più. Il cameriere mi presenta 3 antipasti caldi e li ordino. Però ne ha aggiunto un quarto con carne di struzzo a 18 euro senza avvisare e senza averlo nominato. Poi per la carne ho chiesto una fettina da 400g circa e mi sono trovato una bistecca da 1,7kg a 6euro all’etto. Questo è APPROFITTARE della clientela. Ma mai più. E la qualità della carne per quanto buona non era nulla di diverso rispetto a quella che prendo dal mio macellaio di fiducia. I have been as a couple in this Braceria. La cura delle materie prime, la ricerca continua di gusti e contrasti anche particolari e soprattutto la cura e l’attenzione per il cliente non gli fanno avere rivali. La scelta delle carni è quasi imbarazzante, ci si perde tra le tante varietà... ma il sapiente proprietario cerca di individuare i gusti degli astanti e propone il giusto prodotto. La qualità e la preparazione sono ineccepibili. Io ho provato un maialino casertano affumicato che era divino. Vasta scelta di vini e ottimi anche i dessert che preparano internamente. Tirando le somme molto soddisfatto della cena con la mia compagna. Ci ritornerò Excellent grill. Cozy and intimate but well cared for. Questa braceria è tra le pochissime attività che offrono carni pregiate di ottima qualità, dove il cliente può scegliere, dopo una esaustiva spiegazione sui vari tipi di carne da poter assaggiare , quella che più alletta il palato , ho scelto questo locale per far assaggiare la cucina ad amici che mi hanno raggiunta per il weekend , e sono rimasti veramente sbalorditi . Atmosfera particolare , elegante , clientela selezionata , un luogo adatto ad ogni tipo di occasione che sia una cena romantica con il proprio partner , oppure in compagnia di amici assaggiando un buon vino , avendo a disposizione una vastissima scelta a disposizione.
