★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo: false promesse, diritti negati, mancanza di rispetto per il cliente. Non credo sia una carenza della filiale bensì proprio una politica aziendale. Respinto un mutuo perché di importo eccessivo, ci vengono imposti dei paletti per la nuova richiesta. Rimodulato scrupolosamente secondo le nuove indicazioni, il mutuo viene respinto perché di importo troppo inferiore rispetto alla prima richiesta!!! Mah
One star is too much: false promises, denied rights, disrespect for the customer. I do not think it is a shortage of the branch but a company policy. Rejected a mortgage because of excessive amount, we are imposed on the stakes for the new request. Scrupulously remodeled according to the new indications, the loan is rejected because the amount is too lower than the first request !!! Mah
