Mi ha fatto prendere appuntamento (che ho dovuto richiedere permesso al lavoro) per poi consegnarmi un modulo da compilare (bastava inviarlo per mail) ,oltre ad essere poco preparata alle domande. Nelle settimane successive invio diverse mail sulla richiesta di documenti necessari con risposte tirate o senza ricevere risposte. Dopo un mese ho lasciato perdere. Si vede che non hanno bisogno di nuovi clienti. Se ci fosse da mettere zero stelle lo avrei fatto.
Some time ago contacted for portability of a mortgage. She made me make an appointment (which I had to ask for permission to work) and then hand me a form to fill out (it was enough to send it by email), as well as being unprepared for questions. In the following weeks I send several emails on the request for necessary documents with tight answers or without receiving answers. After a month I gave up. It is clear that they do not need new customers. If there were zero stars to put in, I would have done it.
