★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati per una surroga , circa 4 mesi fa , non fanno altro che negarsi . Per niente disponibili . Sono quasi felice di non aver intrapreso la surroga con loro , se queste sono le premesse è davvero una pessima banca .
 Contacted for a surrogate, about 4 months ago, they do nothing but deny themselves. Not at all available. I am almost happy that I did not take the subrogation with them, if these are the premises it is really a bad bank.

Staff very rude, annoying and not available to help their customers, on the contrary they created further problems for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato ...... ancora prima di entrare .... mi è stato detto dai dipendenti , che non avevo il conto presso di loro , non mi avrebbero cambiato un assegno emesso proprio dalla Bper ...... non ho parole .... visto che nella lettera accompagnatoria, arrivata con l'assegno diceva altro.
Secondo me ... non si trattano cosi le persone che potrebbero essere potenziali clienti ...... visto anche che mi serve un mutuo........
Too bad ...... even before entering .... I was told by the employees, that I did not have an account with them, they would not have changed a check issued by Bper ... I have no words .... since in the accompanying letter, which arrived with the check, it said something else.
In my opinion ... people who could be potential customers are not treated like this ...... also considering that I need a mortgage ........
