Credono di essere chissà cosa e sono proprio loro la rovina di questa filiale. Alla domanda "motivi di chiusura conto?" ho risposto "si guardi intorno e capisce perché ho chiuso." Peraltro la prenotazione avviene solo al telefono e non tramite app, ma non rispondono mai o è sempre occupato. Oggi ho 'conosciuto' il direttore, il quale nonostante la banca fosse vuota e la cassiera visibilmente non impegnata non ha fatto entrare me e un altro cliente perché non prenotati, adducendo motivazioni sulla responsabilità penale e bla bla bla. Vorrei capire cosa sarebbe cambiato se fossi stato prenotato. Mi avrebbero richiesto le analisi del sangue? Non posso cambiare banca perché ho il mutuo con loro (in realtà ex Unipol), ma cambierò filiale. Il personale Unipol era più cortese, chissà dove sono finiti... È legale cambiare condizioni contrattuali senza il consenso dell'intestatario? La risposta è che sicuramente mi sarà stato inviato un messaggio o un'email con l'avviso. Controllando non ho riscontrato nessun avviso. Ma seriamente questa è la professionalità della filiale di una banca? C	Christian Connelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il nervosismo dentro questa filiale regna sovrano , non fanno neanche spiegare o chiedere parlano solo loro. ed ho notato anche una nota d'incompetenza dato che non sanno come funziona un mutuo con prestito SAL ... chi mi dice una cosa , chi me ne dice un altra , chi mi dice cose nettamente sbagliate per finire in uno scarica barile tra colleghi e colleghe. Ho avuto 7 conti in banche diverse questa è proprio la peggiore.
