Ex-cliente nel lontano 2014 se ricordo bene.
Una banca tutto sommato okay, prezzi di canone troppo alti per adolescenti che vogliono iniziare a mettere da parte qualcosa (circa 36€ all’anno).
La stellina è per il personale, mi riferisco in primo luogo alla direttrice.. maleducata e per niente cortese nei miei confronti. Sguardo terrorizzato e un modo di rapportarsi con le persone indescrivibile.

Former customer back in 2014 if I remember correctly.
A bank all in all okay, rent prices too high for teenagers who want to start saving something (around € 36 per year).
The star is for the staff, I refer primarily to the manager .. rude and not at all courteous towards me. A terrified look and an indescribable way of relating to people.

Il servizio " cassa " è chiuso il pomeriggio.
Alla sportello mi dicono: " può prelevare col bancomat " .. ehm .. se avessi qui con me il bancomat, non sarei entrata a prelevare allo sportello !!
If you have to withdraw at the counter, in the afternoon .. give up.
The "cashier" service is closed in the afternoon.
At the counter they tell me: "you can withdraw with the ATM" .. ehm .. if I had the ATM here with me, I would not have gone in to withdraw at the counter !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da parecchi anni in crb poi bper, trovato sempre benissimo ma ultimamente da qualche anno, vai a chiedere della moneta risposta sempre uguale "non so se ne ho" "mentre io prendo la moneta si prepari il numero del conto, il nome e cognome, perche tanti non lo hanno" credo che il mio nome e cognome me lo ricordo ancora no?---Se invece devi depositare un'assegno 8 su 10 non funziona lo sportello per il deposito da 3 anni che ricordo. Professionalità poca.
