L'operazione mi è stata rifiutata per formalità delle quali potevo essere informato in precedenza (visto che avevo telefonato motivando la mia visita). Inutile descrivere il disagio e l'amarezza di non poter disporre di qualcosa che è proprio. La disponibilità a concludere l'operazione nel pomeriggio non ripaga il senso di disorientamento trasmessomi da un'operatrice bancaria e da principi percepiti ben lontani da quelli riportati da "il proprietario" in questo spazio online.
 I carry out my operations almost entirely online, but today, by appointment, I went to this branch for a simple operation. The operation was refused for formalities of which I could have been informed in advance (since I had phoned giving reasons for my visit). It is useless to describe the discomfort and bitterness of not being able to have something that is one's own. The willingness to conclude the transaction in the afternoon does not repay the sense of disorientation transmitted to me by a banking operator and by principles perceived as far removed from those reported by "the owner" in this online space.
