Better to choose another branch!
I was there in the morning for a simple bank transfer but the lady at the counter immediately showed herself indisposed and not very courteous so I had to leave.

β β β β β Definire questa una banca, Γ¨ una vergogna. Vado tre, quattro volte per eseguire delle operazioni, e non riescono a portarle a termine. Chiamo per avere un appuntamento, ti dicono che richiameranno per fissarlo, ma, ovviamente, non ti richiama mai nessuno.
In particolare la filiale H di Viale America.
Una stella solo perchΓ© Γ¨ il minimo da mettere!
To call this a bank is a shame. I go three, four times to perform operations, and they fail to complete them. I call to have an appointment, they tell you they will call back to fix it, but, of course, no one ever calls you back.
