L'operatore al telefono, gentilissimo, mi rassicura che la cosa è fattibile anche se la filiale non è quella depositaria del mio conto. Non menziona il portare con me carte o altro. Mi dice di venire quando voglio. Arrivo oggi pomeriggio 06/11, e vengo accolto da un operatore cafone e che mi tratta con una sufficienza mai vista. Tra un "parli col mio collega lì", e un "questo a lei chi glielo ha detto" la conversazione è stata mortificante e condotta con estrema arroganza.
Mi rivolgerò ai colleghi di Padova per la chiusura del conto e sicuramente mi guarderò bene dall'avere a che fare con questa filiale, che, tra informazioni contrastanti e operatori allo sportello da dimenticare, mi ha lasciato proprio l'amaro in bocca. Caro operatore, Se non le piace parlare con il cliente, forse ha sbagliato lavoro!
