★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo metto una sola stella, anzi una stella è anche troppo!! 3 anni fa diventai cliente di questa filiale. Ero molto contento. Quì, avevo trovato (almeno mi sembrava) delle persone serie, professionali, ma soprattutto molto rispettose. I miei genitori sono clienti di questa filiale, da quando apparteneva alla Carife. Purtroppo dall'autunno scorso, da quando è subentrato il nuovo direttore, le cose sono decisamente cambiate. Un direttore, un vero spaccone, maleducato e decisamente scortese, è soprattutto ha avuto un comportamento decisamente sgradevole, nei confronti di mia madre!! Una Signora di 68 anni, onesta è per bene, che nel momento del bisogno, si è rivolta a lui, con il cuore in mano. Ma da questo individuo, un ragazzello che potrebbe essere suo figlio, è stata semplicemente umiliata, prima gli viene detto "Non facciamo beneficienza", e poi stamattina gli viene sbattuto giù il telefono in faccia?! Ma scherziamo? VERGOGNA!! Intanto, io molto presto cambierò filiale! E convincerò i miei genitori a fare la stessa cosa!!! Complimenti Bper!!
 Unfortunately I put only one star, indeed a star is too much !! 3 years ago I became a customer of this branch. I was very happy. Here, I had found (at least it seemed to me) serious, professional, but above all very respectful people. My parents have been customers of this branch since it belonged to Carife. Unfortunately, since last autumn, since the new director took over, things have definitely changed. A manager, a real braggart, rude and downright rude, and above all he had a decidedly unpleasant behavior towards my mother !! A 68-year-old lady, honest and good, who in time of need, turned to him, heart in hand. But by this guy, a young boy who could be her son, she was simply humiliated, first being told "We don't do charity", and then this morning he gets the phone slammed in his face ?! Are we kidding? SHAME!! In the meantime, I will very soon change branch! And I will convince my parents to do the same !!! Congratulations Bper !!
