★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, prodotto ancora peggio.ci siamo recati io e mia moglie la mattina del 15 maggio e abbiamo ordinato due caffè del nonno,dopo atteso più di venti minuti viene una ragazza a scusarsi per l'attesa e ci dice di attendere altri dieci minuti perché la macchina non era pronta,dopo dieci minuti si ripresenta di nuovo con due bicchierini in mano,senza nessun vassoio ,e senza nemmeno un bicchiere d'acqua,ma la cosa peggiore e stata quando abbiamo assaggiato quella mistura di acqua e ghiaccio mista a Crema dal lontano gusto di caffè. Sinceramente non lo abbiamo nemmeno preso tutto,ci siamo alzati e sono andato comunque a pagare. Lo sconsiglio vivamente,anzi un locale con gestori del genere andrebbe chiuso, anche perché che figura ci facciamo con i turisti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I orderred a buy one get one free double burger on March 22nd. I added one burger and wrote a note that the burger was two for one. I received two burgers and was very happy. Today I made the same order but only one burger arrived. I called Box Burgers and they said I should have added another burger in Ubereats and the price of the second burger would have been deducted. I told them that on March 22nd I did not do this and they said they made a mistake. Since everything was fine on my end. how was I supposed to know they made a mistake? On Ubereats it does not tell you to add the second burger, and I didn't have to on my first order. The store refused to give me my second burger and I offered to come to their business to pick up. Bad customer service for the U.S. Consulate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I passed by coincidence and decided to stop for a bite. We’ve been away from New York for a few weeks and were in the mood for some American style cuisine. The staff was very friendly and we had a great conversation with Max. The food itself was great. My wife had a plain hamburger and I had the brisket burger. It was plenty juicy with the right portion of toppings. You even get a pickle on the side. As a big fan of cheese fries, I’ll say theirs are delicious. My wife is a picky burger eater and she enjoyed it. Plenty of other unexplored options on the menu we didn’t get to try. Hope to come back one day during the summer.
