A	Alexandru Guia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza a partire proprio dall'inizio. Abbiamo trovato una casa singola che ci è subito piaciuta e voluta comprare. Abbiamo voluto fare una proposta d'acquisto ma già da subito senza nemmeno fare le carte ci è stata rifiutata dall'agente immobiliare. Abbiamo quindi deciso di alzare la proposta, che poi è stata rifiutata dal venditore ( ma almeno era una proposta cartacea con il venditore e non con l'agente immobiliare). Alzata di nuovo la proposta dopo circa 3 settimane è stata accettata. Partiamo con la richiesta del mutuo .... Persi circa 3 mesi, se non più. Possibilità di ristrutturazione con il superbonus 110% , ci aiutano loro tutto rose e fiori. Dopo circa 10 mesi sono ancora che aspetto di vedere queste benedette carte, ogni 2 settimane una scusa o una bufala per perdere tempo. Sconsiglio vivamente! Per non dire della scortesia di alcune persone ... Bad experience starting right from the beginning. We found a single house that we immediately liked and wanted to buy. We wanted to make a purchase proposal but immediately without even doing the papers we were refused by the real estate agent. We then decided to raise the offer, which was then rejected by the seller (but at least it was a paper proposal with the seller and not with the real estate agent). Raised again the proposal after about 3 weeks was accepted. Let's start with the mortgage request .... Lost about 3 months, if not more. Possibility of restructuring with the 110% super bonus, they help us all roses and flowers. After about 10 months I am still waiting to see these blessed cards, every 2 weeks an excuse or a hoax to waste time. I strongly advise against! Not to mention the rudeness of some people ...
