★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, what an experience! We were in Napoli for the first time and we are quite some Parfumistas. Thus we visited a lot of "Profumerias" (also on Capri) and this was by far the best! Really big and interesting range of products and niche brands, the nicest people, exceptionally good & engaged service at an eye-level (meaning no arrogance or stupid behavior at all), warm and friendly and to top things of, very generous with free sample fillings of some of the best (and expensive) stuff...As you can see, we are fans now & you will also feel comfortable the minute you walk in the small store :-) Knowing us for 5 minutes, they even invited us to join their upcoming private event with a big perfumeur...now how cool is that?! If you are in Napoli and think about buying a fragrance, this is definitely THE place to go, no competition.

Carmine, is the most professional person I've ever met in a shop (I work in luxury retail!!). The experience here is simply unique. They listen to your needs, your tastes, and they don't stop until you've found the right fragrance! JUST AMAZING PLACE AND STAFF!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in many niche perfume shops in Europe but I've never felt more welcomed like in Profumo. We were served by Francesco. Francesco showed us different brands and perfumes, told interesting information, patiently help us to choose the one we love the most. His kindness and knowledge is outstanding. That's what I call great customer service. For every perfume lover this is place to visit ( shop on Via Carlo Poerio, 33 ) ! Thank you very much for lovely experience. We'll be back. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly condescending service. After mentioning that I want to have a look around first to see what niche brands they carry and decide what I want to explore, I was met with an eyeroll. I was really curious about the Istanbul house Nishane, which they carried, but after grabbing a test strip and heading to the bottle I was met with desperate cries that ‘this is not a duty free’. Ok, I know, if you want to help, maybe be kind about it, don’t be condescending, just because you work in a niche perfumery. It’s by far not my first niche experience, but definitely my last at Emozioni Olfattivi.
