Prendo atto della Vs. Risposta per rappresetarvi, che Stamattina mi è stato detto che si poteva effettuare il cambio entro 30 entro il 30 novembre ora mi viene detto che si può effettuare il cambio entro quarantacinque giorni. Quindi la scadenza sarebbe stata ieri. Forse in periodo di covid qualche giorno di tolleranza sarebbe una questione di buon senso.. Comunque va bene lo stesso così. Grazie per la risposta data.
Very kind staff but absolutely incorrect the exchange policy on gifts received.
I take note of your reply to represent you, that this morning I was told that you could make the change within 30 by November 30, now I am told that you can make the change within forty-five days. So the deadline would have been yesterday. Maybe in the period of covid a few days of tolerance would be a matter of common sense .. However, that's okay. Thanks for the answer given.
