You feel sometimes the staff are reluctant to help you or offer you to try the coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multiple staff chatting to each other on arrival. I got a number and indicated to staff at main counter that I wanted to try the coffee, but got ignored. So when staff came to let a group try some coffee, I hung around to see if I would be served. Told by the man that I had to go to main counter, so had to go get another number... before getting served by the same man. Not sure if Vintage 2011 coffee or the poor service in the shop left a more unpleasant bitter after-taste or equally so!
