★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto: il gg 29/9 ore 15 circa vengono acquistate due macchine + 10 scatole di cialde...il gg 4 ottobre mi viene data in regalo una delle due macchine...il gg 7 ottobre ore 11.30 mi reco al negozio SOLO x cambio COLORE...beh la risposta e' stata: sig.ra sono trascorsi piu' di 7gg...(si...scusate 8!!!)... vorrei cambiare SOLO COLORE...scatola nYeanche aperta! ...NO SIG.RA..NON E' POSSIBILE...
...servizio e cortesia non vi appartengono.....gentili quando sei un "potenziale" cliente...dopo pagato neanche ti ascoltano!
Fact: on 29/9 at about 3 pm two machines + 10 boxes of pods are bought ... on 4 October I am given one of the two machines as a gift ... on 7 October at 11.30 I go to the shop ONLY x I change COLOR ... well the answer was: Ms more than 7 days have passed ... (yes ... sorry 8 !!!) ... I would like to change COLOR ONLY ... box not even open! ... NO MRS ... IT IS NOT POSSIBLE ...
... service and courtesy do not belong to you ..... kind when you are a "potential" customer ... after paid they don't even listen to you!
