Sono andato a ritirare un ordine online,ho trovato persone professionali ed accoglienti ed anche se non ero loro cliente mi sono sentito a mio agio come se fossi stato di casa .....anche se distanti 100 km è da ritornarci..bravi....

If you are an international customer, better don't expect that this shop provide a proper return-process. (i have no idea how they treat the domestic customer in Italy so I have nothing to comment about it.) I bought a few thousands Euro of a coat, and tried to return it because the size went to big. I acknowledge that the shipping cost for returning is on me in this case. There is such a return protocol that every Italian boutique provides to make items tax-waived when customers need to return the items to Italy from their country otherwise Italian customs will charge tax on the items even though it's 'returned-item'. However, Jole didn't give any instruction about how I make return shipping. I shipped the coat as 'returned product' and submitted all the document that DHL required me to make the is as a returned item. When the package got to Italy, the associate of shop Jole told me that the tax is around 1000 euro and i have to pay for it. I asked if they provided everything to make my package as returned package, not a newly imported package. They said they did and kept saying i have to pay for the tax. I said the tax is not my responsibility since they didn't do the proper documentation for the package. Finally they refunded the amount of the coat after they deducted around 900 euro for the tax. so, i paid 2323 euro and refunded 1420 euro after this return process. This is the worst shopping experience ever in my life. Be aware to buy anything from the shop if you are an international customer. If you want to buy something, then don't expect that you can return it easily to the shop. You will have to argue with them, be humiliated by the person whom you will talk with since your email will be frequently ignored, and you will have to pay the tax for your return shipping, AS THEY SAID IT IS THEIR POLICY, "Shipping costs and customs fees are charged to the customer". I have never seen a luxury store that charges custom fees and taxes on a returned package. *** they even don't seem to count the return days properly. I claimed this return in 14 days since I received but the associate of this shop said I am already late for the return. they seem to adjust the return policy randomly or the return policy of this shop might not even be existing.
