Prendo un vestito e do l'acconto, lo stesso giorno richiamo perché avevo dei ripensamenti sul colore e la signora a telefono mi risponde che l'acconto nn possono restituirlo ma che potevo cambiare vestito. Ritorno in boutique la settimana dopo e la ragazza mi dice che assolutamente non potevo cambiarlo e che non potevo provare altri vestiti ma che avrei dovuto prendere per forza quello. Gli faccio presente ciò che mi era stato detto a telefono ma nulla. Avete davvero un organizzazione pessima. Quel vestito l'avrò misurato solo due volte e già i ferretti del corpetto escono fuori e mi fanno male , un vestito da 200 euro non da 50 che già si rompe dopo 2 volte che lho indosso. Prezzi alti e qualità molto bassa. Sconsiglio assolutamente. Bad experience. I go to the boutique and I am greeted by a great guy nothing to say about him. I go back to the boutique the following week and the girl tells me that I absolutely could not change it and that I could not try on other clothes but that I had to take that one. I tell him what I was told on the phone but nothing. You have a really bad organization. That dress I will have measured only twice and already the underwires of the bodice come out and hurt me, a 200 euro dress not 50 that already breaks after 2 times that I wear it. High prices and very low quality. I absolutely do not recommend.
m	monia Bontiempo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza che lavora nel negozio molto disponibile, gli abiti sono belli e abbastanza costosi...nota negativa: se esci con l'abito dal negozio "senza fare alcuna modifica allo stesso" , impacchettato come te lo fanno ed in possesso di scontrino, non ti effettuano alcun cambio e non te lo dicono al momento dell'acquisto...poco corretto. The girl who works in the shop is very helpful, the clothes are beautiful and quite expensive ... negative note: if you leave the shop with the dress "without making any changes to it", packaged as you do and in possession of a receipt, they do not make any changes and do not tell you at the time of purchase ... not correct.

Un raggiro bello e buono. La loro scusa?Hanno sbagliato a scrivere su facebook (per più di 3 volte). Sconsigliato

Mi ha accolto Maria, ci ha spiegato che lavora da poco in boutique ma è stata impeccabile su tutto. Servizio, professionalità, cordialità e educazione. A differenza di alcune colleghe (non conosco i nomi altrimenti li avrei fatti) che alla richiesta di supporto su alcune taglie hanno snobbato sia me che lei. Infatti se non fosse stato per Maria avrei messo 1 stella. Consiglio di valorizzare lavoratrici come lei. I bought an elegant dress for a very important business gala.
