Avevo più o meno già l'idea di come si voleva il vestito loro carinissime gli hanno fatto provare alcune tipologie tra il modello che si aveva come preferenza e altri modelli..Il personale l'ho trovato molto disponibile e molto gentile aiutando la sposa in tutto proponendo vari abbinamenti con il vestito che all fine è stato scelto.. Il negozio è veramente bello, ben allestito e luminoso. L'unico neo è, che la persona che mi ha seguita, era fredda e distaccata e non mi ha fatta sentire molto a mio agio. A livello sartoriale sono sicuramente preparate e gli abiti sono molto belli (anche se a me ne ha fatti provare pochi e mai al di sotto del budget indicato, che era a mio avviso abbastanza importante.. quindi nessuna vecchia collezione o capi di outlet), ma a livello umano un comportamento ORRENDO... mi sono sentita a disagio dall'inizio alla fine e quando sono uscita e sono finalmente salita in macchina, mi sono messa a piangere con mia madre e la testimone, perché era la mia primissima esperienza e mi aspettavo di essere, non dico coccolata, ma quantomeno tratta da essere umano e non con arroganza, saccenza, supponenza.. mi hanno consigliato di fare finta di non esserci mai stata... Perciò sabato prossimo, in un altro atelier, sarà la MIA PRIMA PROVA D'ABITO!! Pertanto voglio solo dire che sí, se volete trovare un bel abito é il posto giusto, ma solo l'idea di rientrare in quel gelo e farmi fulminare dallo sguardo e dalla lingua tagliente della titolare mi fa orrore! Per il nostro budget a disposizione (circa 3 milà euro...e non credo siano pochi)forse non era abbastanza per essere considerate all'altezza del 'contesto'. Zero empatia e molta molta freddezza. Beautiful clothes but very very expensive. For our available budget (about 3 thousand euros ... and I don't think they are few) perhaps it was not enough to be considered up to the 'context'. Zero empathy and a lot of coldness.
