Pur non avendo potuto usufruire della struttura che era stata da me prenotata per il periodo 9-11 giugno (per i noti motivi Covid), il titolare è stato quanto mai zelante nel rimborsarmi interamente l'importo anticipato in occasione della prenotazione. Appena possibile prenoterò a Napoli un week end nella medesima THE ACTORS HOUSE e stringerò la mano al Sig. Vincenzo!
Kindness and assistance are the strengths of every management activity. Despite not having been able to take advantage of the structure that I had booked for the period 9-11 June (for the known Covid reasons), the owner was very zealous in reimbursing me in full the amount advanced on the occasion of the booking. As soon as possible I will book a weekend in Naples in the same THE ACTORS HOUSE and shake hands with Mr. Vincenzo!

Why you shouldn’t rent appartment with them:
They lie about the price and add a cleaning fee really important for a 10m2 apartment!
This apartment is the smallest place you’ll ever lived in, a rat house on the end of a backyard with no light, and a huge humidity.
As you are in a rat house you don’t have any service, and internet isn’t working neither, so you can’t planifie your trip at home, but outside in the yard..
And who said a 10m2 apartment should say a closet for your clothes. The one you have here is at 3m2 high so you just can’t put anything in.. really smart! So the full apartment is a mess in 2 second.
The bed tissues are the cheapest and worst you’ll ever slept in. Hope you won’t get burn by the sun, other way you’ll have the worst night ever.

He left us outside the first night with all our luggages and we had to search and pay extra for another place because he “had to close the office”. Never took a refund and threatened to cancel our reservation!
