Segnalo che le commesse di oggi sono state scortesi, scorbutiche a rispondere in maniera altera, sul limite dell'arrogante.
Immagino che stare dietro ad un bancone non sia sempre facile e non si è sempre di buon umore lavorando di Domenica, scontato che durante il "cambio" ci si deva dire due parole per le consegne, diverso è ignorare il cliente per 10 minuti, (è il caso della commessa riccia con i capelli castani, che poi ci ha seguito, che parlava con la sua collega più bassa con i capelli scuri lisci. ).
Al contrario di una commessa che trovo molto cortese, competente, disponibile, che ha l'abilità di consigliare e mettere a proprio agio il cliente.
Metto tre stelle per la brutta esperienza di oggi, sicuramente cambieremo filale.
