The shop is full of the usual useless creams typical of Bottega Verde and the prices that rise but what is painful are the raw and rude orders more careful to walk outside the shop than to serve the customer.

The atmosphere was unfriendly, the shop assistant scrutinized us, looking at us top-down, as if she wanted to put a price tag on us, or she suspected we would steal or something, because she followed us and could not let go. It was quite absurd, because the shop has very mediocre to low prices on products. It's cheap cosmetics, nothing special. Very unpleasant experience. I can imagine it is alright for native speakers, with whom they could have had a chat or something, but for us, it was very uncomfortable and negative. We went away and we would never come back. The service is very low and prejudiced.
