Too much row, wrong handling x activation of rewards x nature points ... "You can't go to the store and stay two hours to choose the prize, when it's full of customers ... and this happens too often !!

Possibile che in un negozio sempre affollato, specialmente di sabato, sia presente una sola cassiera?
Organizzazione aziendale nei confronti del cliente veramente inaccettabile
On Saturday 16 October I went to this very crowded shop to buy a promotional item. I arrived at 16:42 and there were 11 people queuing in the street where the shop is located !!!
Is it possible that in a shop that is always crowded, especially on Saturdays, there is only one cashier?
