★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena assolutamente perfetta!!! Cibo buonissimo con marerie prime di livello preparate a regola d’arte, ragazzi simpatici e preparati (lasciatevi consigliare i vini da abbinare ai piatti)… non vedo l’ora di tornare la prossima volta per assaggiare il nuovo menu!

Le ricette sorprendono per gli accostamenti inaspettati, che rendono innovativi i piatti più classici della cucina italiana (da provare assolutamente il polpo al lime). Ci tornerò!
A small gastronomic oasis. Friendly staff, refined and tasty menu. The dishes are treated in detail, the ingredients are fresh. The recipes surprise for the unexpected combinations, which make the most classic dishes of Italian cuisine innovative (absolutely try the lime octopus). I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il termine Bottega incarna certamente l' essenza del locale : luogo lontano dalla dozzinalità offerta in giro , ricco di prodotti di prima scelta e provenienti da piccole realtà gastronomiche sparse per l' Italia così racchiuse in una bottega . Massima pulizia del locale e cordialità dei giovanissimi gestori. In più ciò che stupisce è che si trasforma in un ristorantino con cucina a vista e soprattutto con sapori ricercati e abbinamenti che nulla hanno da invidiare a cucine stellate. Si percepisce lo studio nella preparazione di ogni singola portata, studio che parte dalla conoscenza delle materie prime e dell'abbonamento dei vari sapori e consistenze per arrivare a portate davvero fuori dal comune. Chiaramente non manca una ampia scelta di vini che si sposano in maniera ottimale con ciò che si mangia e con il livello delle portate .
The term Bottega certainly embodies the essence of the place: a place far from the cheapness offered around, full of first choice products and coming from small gastronomic realities scattered around Italy so enclosed in a shop. Maximum cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the very young managers. In addition, what is surprising is that it turns into a restaurant with an open kitchen and above all with refined flavors and combinations that have nothing to envy to starred kitchens. You can perceive the study in the preparation of every single course, a study that starts from the knowledge of the raw materials and the subscription of the various flavors and textures to arrive at courses that are truly out of the ordinary. Clearly there is a wide choice of wines that go perfectly with what you eat and with the level of courses.

Personale molto gentile e attento al cliente.
Se queste sono le premesse proverò al più presto anche il ristorante.
