Il propetario storico ha lasciato il posto al figlio che ha dato al negozio uno slancio facendolo diventare un riferimento per gli amanti della carne. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità, quindi non aspettate vi niente a buon mercato A well-known shop throughout Rome as the meat is of another level. Truly excellent product quality. The historic owner gave way to his son who gave the shop a boost making it a reference for meat lovers. The prices are in line with the quality, so don't expect anything cheap

Personale gentile, disponibile e decisamente competente. Ogni incarto di carne acquistato illustra la provenienza, l'allevamento e la macellazione del capo. A real old-fashioned shop where you have time to talk about the cut of meat you are buying and what types of cooking they recommend. Polite, helpful and decidedly competent staff. Liberati è un instituzione ma con l'estrema tranquilita' , gentilezza e pazienza ascolta l'esigenza di ogni cliente singolo e lo soddisfa. Anche tutti gli altri staff sono competenti e gentilissimi. Inoltre è un posto dove acquista i salumi, formaggi, prodotti alimentari e vini eccellenti e rari. Andateci almeno una volta e poi capirete! He is not a simple butcher. Mr. Liberati is an institution but with the utmost tranquility, kindness and patience he listens to the needs of each individual customer and satisfies them.
