Tuttavia mi hanno spedito la tanica senza alcun imballo, con la bolla d'accompagnamento appiccicata alla tanica stessa, nuda e cruda. Il sigillo del tappo era quasi rotto e la tanica era sporca da far ribrezzo. Considerando che le spese di spedizione erano più di otto euro per un breve tragitto da Conegliano a Trieste, avrebbero dovuto avere la decenza di metterla in una scatola, anche per motivi igienici. Gli ho mandato una mail chiedendo spiegazioni, e dopo qualche giorno mi han risposto che non le imballano perché se i corrieri non vedono che cosa c'è dentro il pacco le lanciano e possono danneggiarsi (sic). E' chiaro che anche senza imballaggio i corrieri le lanciano comunque e si rompono ancora di più. Da evitarli accuratamente. I ordered a 5l pack of descaling liquid for Sanitrit. Quando sono andato a ritirare personalmente la merce dallo spedizioniere ( non trovavano l'indirizzo ) mi sono trovato con una tanica ,che conteneva il liquido Acquasil 20/40 che avevo ordinato, lurida,malridotta,con sigillo di sicurezza già staccato e liquido che fuoriusciva con tanica inclinata. A questo punto io posso avere anche dei dubbi sul contenuto della tanica , che se non fosse quello ordinato potrebbe provocare dei danni alla caldaia. Io ho già letto una recensione di una persona che ha avuto il mio stesso problema con voi e anche la Vs. risposta. Non metto assolutamente in dubbio la Vs. serietà quindi vi consiglio di imballare la tanica in qualche modo, se non altro per tranquillizzare il cliente sul contenuto della stessa in caso di danneggiamento dell'imballaggio.
