Ho pagato ben 75€ per taglio e piega; quando ho chiesto il dettaglio del conto mi è stato risposto che la piega era venuta 35€ perché avevano messo un ristrutturante... Peccato che non sia stato messo in posa neanche per un minuto; probabilmente si riferivano ad uno spray che è stato vaporizzato prima della piega, omunquec ma avrei gradito essere avvertita prima! anche il taglio ha davvero un costo esorbitante;n mi è mai capitato, nel quartiere ci sono posti più accessibili. Infine dovrebbero evitare di assalire le persone consigliando trattamenti ristrutturanti da 60€ dal primo momento, appena seduta mi era stato già proposto il trattamento alle proteine. Il rapporto di fiducia con il cliente va creato nel tempo altrimenti, come in questo caso, non ci sarà una seconda volta... How not to get a new customer! I peli non sono stati estirpati alla radice ma strappati a fior di pelle, dunque sono visibili e soprattutto percepibili al tatto già immediatamente dopo la ceretta. La seduta è durata un'ora e mezzo, tempistiche un po' lunghe se confrontate con le mie esperienze precedenti. Ho ricevuto trattamenti molto migliori a prezzi decisamente inferiori. Peccato, perché il posto è spazioso e accogliente e il personale cortese. Update del giorno seguente: non c'è una porzione di pelle in cui non senta e veda emergere il pelo irsuto.
