Siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi.
Abbiamo preso le braciole di pecora… colore scuro. Dure come suole… una gran figuraccia con gli amici.
La persona che ci ha servito era piuttosto anziana e forse non aveva più l’entusiasmo di una volta.
È legittimo avere lo stato d’animo che si vuole ma in commercio bisogna accogliere e parlare con il cliente cercando le soluzioni più adatte.
