★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad un servizio scarso(semplice camicia di cotone bianco da uomo restituita sgualcita e spiegazzata anziché stirata a regola) la proprietaria si permette anche di prendere in giro il cliente rispondendo con le seguenti testuali parole:"a noi ci sembrava tanto venuta bene, questa camicia."

Nessun dubbio, ho affidato loro anche capi "impegnativi", sia da un punto di vista del tessuto (ad esempio la seta) che della struttura (plissettature molto articolate) e il risultato è sempre stato ottimo.
In un caso ho consegnato loro un abito in seta con "problemi" pregressi: è stato lavato più volte, trattato variamente ma essendo il danno evidentemente irreversibile, mi hanno accuratamente spiegato il motivo e segnalato con correttezza la procedura seguita. Nessun pagamento aggiuntivo.
Alla loro professionalità aggiungo la convenienza del listino, i tempi rapidi di consegna e la disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale.
Given repeated positive experiences, this has become my trusted laundry. No doubt, I have also entrusted them with "demanding" garments, both from the point of view of the fabric (for example silk) and of the structure (very articulated pleats) and the result has always been excellent.
In one case I gave them a silk dress with previous "problems": it was washed several times, treated in various ways but since the damage was obviously irreversible, they carefully explained the reason and correctly reported the procedure followed. No additional payments.
To their professionalism I add the convenience of the price list, the quick delivery times and the availability and kindness of all the staff.
