Carne, salumi e formaggi sono buoni, idem i prodotti confezionati come crackers e varie salsine che mi piacciono parecchio. Prezzi assolutamente sensati per rapporto qualità/prezzo che era una delle cose che mi preoccupava maggiormente prima di provare. Negozio esteticamente carino e ambiente accogliente soprattutto grazie alle commesse e ai commessi che oltre ad essere professionali e disponibili sono anche simpatici/simpatiche. Prezzi nella media per una struttura del genere certo (e giustamente) non da discount. Per i prodotti che ho provato io però devo dire qualità non alta. Il cotechino sapeva veramente di niente il che è un peccato considerato la zona e la bontà del prodotto, ho preso poi degli spiedini di carne e purtroppo le verdure tra un pezzo e l’altro di carne erano acide probabilmente un po’ vecchie o troppo esposte all’aria. Visto Che nelle zone la concorrenza c’è ed è varia proverò altri produttori per avere un raffronto. Preso costata con osso ( si scioglie in bocca), ciccioli (da volar via) e soppressata che farò con la polenta. (immagino cosa potrà essere!). Sicuramente la prossima visita sarà per il salame e il cotechino. Ma anche per la varietà di sughi e, sopratutto, il miele. Senza tralasciare coppa, coppa cotta, speck e chi più ne ha.... Ho aspettato circa mezz'ora prima che servissero le due persone prima di me. La commessa si è dilungata in chiacchiere inutili con una cliente, senza rispetto per le persone che stavano aspettando il proprio turno. Nel frattempo si è formata una lunga coda. Non penso di tornare in quel negozio. It offers products of safe quality, but you can find the same in many other shops in Cremona.
