Ottimo pane e alimenti che vende, oltre al buon impasto, paghi quello che mangi, totalmente inaspettato quando scoprii che il formaggio usato per le magnifiche pizzette non è semplice mozzarella ma formaggio fresco venduto nella latteria locale
Great bread and food it sells, in addition to good dough, you pay for what you eat, totally unexpected when I discovered that the cheese used for the magnificent pizzas is not just mozzarella but fresh cheese sold in the local dairy

Beh non serve che stia qui a recensire il pane perchè troverete gia molte recensioni a riguardo, ma una nota in merito ai “personaggi e al luogo particolare” che merita 10 stelle come minimo..un luogo dove il tempo si è fermato a piu di 50 anni fà...una meraviglia da preservare così com'è...non a caso c’è sempre la fila fuori dalla bottega d’arte, Si! Proprio una Bottega D’Arte...perchè fare un pane così e veramente un arte da conservare...adoro il pane integrale con i semini..
Well you don't need to be here to review the bread because you will already find many reviews about it, but a note about the "characters and the particular place" which deserves a minimum of 10 stars .. a place where time has stopped more than 50 years ago ... a marvel to be preserved as it is ... it is no coincidence that there is always a queue outside the art workshop, Yes! Just an Art Workshop ... why making such a bread is truly an art to be preserved ... I love whole wheat bread with seeds ..

Toscano, pugliese, di grano duro, di selale, pan frutto....... Pani super!! Vale la coda ed i km in un distanziamento socializzante col sottofondo, dal laboratorio, dei Pink Floyd (di cui il Adriano è un grande estimatore). Orari da conoscitori.
Tuscan, Apulian, durum wheat, selale, pan fruit ....... Super breads !! It is worth the queue and the km in a socializing distance with the background, from the laboratory, of Pink Floyd (of which Adriano is a great admirer). Timetables for connoisseurs.

Hopeless opening times! The bakery was across the street from my B&B but we never were able to buy bread. Sometimes the first batch of bread wasnt ready until noon!! Other days it was all gone by 8 am. Just go to the supermarket close by. They have fresh bread there as well!

The best bread of the area, made either with sourdough or yeast, baked in wood fired oven or electric oven. The baker is a true character. Highly recommended bakery but be aware of possible long queues.
