★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato di persona un fascio di rose e tulipani... Sono arrivate a casa rose tutte aperte, mosce, con i petali piegati e dei tulipani altrettanto aperti a testa in giù. Con tono quasi divertito hanno risposto che era normale... Certo, per dei fiori NON freschi è normale!! Non si sono mostrati minimamente dispiaciuti e non hanno cercato neanche di rimediare alla brutta figura!! Si sono rivelati poco professionali... Eppure non era la prima volta che ci andavo ma dal momento che questo è il trattamento che riservano ai clienti di sicuro sarà l'ultima!
I personally booked a bundle of roses and tulips ... Rose came home all open, mosce, with folded petals and tulips equally open upside down. With an almost amused tone, they replied that it was normal ... Of course, for some non-fresh flowers it's normal! They did not show any complaints and did not even try to remedy the bad shape !! They turned out to be unprofessional ... Yet it was not the first time I went there but since this is the treatment they give to customers for sure it will be the last!
