Ho dovuto comprare le catene dopo che avevo preso un appuntamento ho aspettato mezz’ora e quando si sono decisi a chiarirmi la situazione mi hanno detto che potevo andare dove volevo. Ho ritirato le mie gomme e me ne sono andato. NON È CONSIGLIATO A S S O L U T A M E N T E !!!!!!!!!!!! Poor people, they make an appointment and then they don't respect what they said. To change the tires it takes half a day. I had to buy the chains after I made an appointment, I waited half an hour and when they decided to clarify the situation they told me that I could go where I wanted. I withdrew my tires and left. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR S S O L U T A M E N T E !!!!!!!!!!!!

Per fare un cambio Gomme bisogna prendersi una giornata di ferie perché la porti la mattina e forse te la consegnano la sera. Avevano macchine sul ponte ancora da finire, quindi danno appuntamento a una certa ore e trovi già una fila di dieci persone, semplicemente per fa risparmiare un paio di euro. VERGOGNOSO!!! Non parliamo poi della cortesia. Spero che la gente possa valutare non solo dai due euro di risparmio ma anche dalla professionalità che qui è completamente assente. Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei ma non c’è l’opzione. Andateci e vedrete... IO MAI PIÙ. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!! They don't respect the appointments they give. To make a Tire change you have to take a day off to bring it in the morning and maybe they deliver it to you in the evening. They had cars on the bridge still to be finished, so they make an appointment at a certain time and you already find a line of ten people, simply to save a couple of euros. SHAMEFUL!!! Let's not talk about courtesy. I hope people can evaluate not only from the two euro savings but also from the professionalism that is completely absent here. If I could give zero stars I would do it but there is no option. Go there and you will see ... I NEVER AGAIN.
