Infatti ne ho approfittato per cambiare il parabrezza su una grande punto Abarth dopo una severa collisione con una pietra in tangenziale. I tecnici del centro Tasso si sono accorti che la gestione commerciale ordini di Doctorglass gli ha inviato un vetro ove non convinceva la marca. Mi hanno ricontattato e mi hanno ordinato il vetro identico a quello della casa madre. Questi piccoli gesti nessuno li fa. Ringrazio Andrea e Marco e tutto la staff tecnico e anche le ragazze del servizio clienti disponibili, sorridenti e molto competenti. Unica pecca,in un'occasione avevo chiesto di sistemarmi il fanale posteriore perché luce retromarcia e freccia non funzionavano,mi è stato proposto il cambio di tutto il fanale perché mi è stato detto che non si mettevano a smontare per sistemarlo,il costo del solo fanale era di 120 € a cui andava aggiunta la mano d'opera.ho rifiutato e andato a casa ho smontato io il fanale,il guasto era una semplice ossidazione nei contatti,un pezzo di carta vetrata e 10 minuti di tempo è ho risparmiato 150 €. La cosa mi ha infastidito parecchio.
