s	simoven Entertainment on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credono che nella zona ci sono solo loro, e si vantano , non sono stato soddisfatto una brutta esperienza, chiedono prezzi alti rispetto ad altri meccanici, dopo essere concordati x il prezzo, aver finito il lavoro ti dicono a ti abbiamo fatto anche questo dire prima no ?? noi non siamo stati contenti dal proprietario e uno che urlava non sa proprio parlare si vantava delle sue cose, non dicono prima i prezzi giusti , dopo ti chiedono centinaia di euro in più dicono unaltro guasto e ti fanno altro ,se dici ma lei non mi ha detto che c'era da fare anche questo , poi comincia urlare , secondo voi si fa cosi con il cliente? Io per non litigare ho pagato, veramente mi viene da piangere , ho raccontato ai miei amici , mi hanno detto che sono uno scemo, non dovevo andare in questo posto , perché anche loro si sono trovati male x altre ragioni proprio cosi ragazzi mi viene da piangere quello che e successo e un incubo, dio non perdonerà mai di quello che fanno . B	Bruno Torta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato pomeriggio ho chiamato per informazioni su un’annuncio da loro pubblicato, il proprietario mi ha confermato che la macchina potevo provarla in settimana ,ci siamo organizzati e una volta arrivato da Reggio il proprietario mi ha fatto aspettare 10 minuti senza motivo, non conoscendolo non sapevo chi era ,bhe è un signore anziano che preferisce girare a vuoto e far finta di spazzare che assistere i clienti, dopo di che una volta arrivati all’auto non mi ha permesso né di accenderla né di provarla come da lui detto, ha iniziato ad essere maleducato e nervoso solo perché chiedevo di provarla nel suo viale come da lui imposto, niente da fare sono venuto da Reggio per sentirmi parlare in modo maleducato e ciliegina sulla torta mi ha anche preso in giro dicendo che per rottamarla gli davano 200 euro e che quindi il prezzo non calava nemmeno di un euro ,per di più per 50 cv di macchina 450 euro di passaggio una vergogna Saturday afternoon I called for information on an advertisement they posted, the owner confirmed that I could test the car during the week, we organized ourselves and once I arrived from Reggio the owner made me wait 10 minutes for no reason, not knowing him. a	andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato martedì per fare il cambio della bombola a metano, mi hanno dato l'appuntamento per il lunedì successivo preventivando 150 euro per il cambio bombola e 80 euro l'eventuale revisione (avevo ancora più di due settimane di tempo). Mi presento all'appuntamento e mi accolgono come se fossi piovuto dal cielo, 10 minuti a confabulare tra segreteria/meccanico e boh, fanno casini, richiedono che il proprietario dell'auto dovesse esibire i propri documenti per il cambio bombola(mio padre), per poi scoprire che era tutto un disguido perché è prassi del GPL e non metano quella specifica procedura. Risolto il disguido, richiedo del preventivo e mi viene nuovamente detto 150 euro più 80 di revisione dato che mancava poco alla scadenza. Fino qua tutto ok, il meccanico prende la macchina e la porta dentro l'officina, nel mentre io e mio padre già con l'auto accesa pronti per andare via, a quel punto veniamo fermati bruscamente dal meccanico che correndo fuori dall'officina ci dice che la frizione era totalmente andata e che andava sostituita con 450 euro. A quel punto, abbiamo deciso di fare Solo il cambio bombola data la rilevanza del problema era inutile fare la revisione sul momento. (ci saremmo rivolti ad un'altro meccanico per l'eventuale messa in vendita dell'auto quindi una spesa attualmente non necessaria). Mi arriva la chiamata il giorno dopo alle 9 del mattino dicendomi che il lavoro della bombola era stato fatto, ma che la revisione non sarebbe passata per via dei braccetti anteriori dell'auto e che ci sarebbero voluti altri 230+ euro per sostituirli, a quel punto ho ripetuto di non fare la revisione, la risposta è stata "eh tanto che l'abbiamo iniziata dobbiamo mettere un esito negativo o positivo, a discrezione del tecnico" (nonostante a pinco pallino, fratello di pinco palla che mi ha fatto pagare, si era detto di fare solo la bombola del metano, hanno revisionato lo stesso l'auto). Arrivo a pagare e ritirare l'auto, 263 euro. A quel punto ho domandato come mai i 33 euro in più confronto al preventivo iniziale, la risposta è stata che era esclusa l'iva. (Tolto che quando richiedi un preventivo l'iva è già calcolata ed è stato ribadito più volte che il costo era di 150+80). Vado a leggere sullo scontrino, nella revisione 80 euro l'iva era inclusa e l'altro scontrino 180 euro di cui 33% di iva. Chiari come il sole i ragazzoni che si scaricano il barile dicendo "eh tu non hai parlato con me, hai preso accordi con mio fratello" che casualmente era uscito per testare un auto ? la ragazza della segreteria bohh, il capo suppongo ha fatto il bello e cattivo tempo, professandosi onesto e minacciandomi e cacciandomi dall'officina dicendo che l'avevo offeso dandogli del truffatore( solo perché ho detto che non era gente onesta se il preventivo non rispecchia il pagato e che già dal giorno prima e la mattina stessa avevano provato a rifilarci a priori altri lavori non strettamente necessari (di cui la revisione) dato che è un'auto che sarebbe stata venduta. Ci sono altri dettagli e particolari dell'accaduto che verranno poi discussi nelle sedi competenti, sono stato buono nella recensione, ma non lo sarò per vie legali.
